Richard (Rich) Lieblich, RPh, is a registered pharmacist with nearly 40 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. After beginning his career at Massachusetts General Hospital and Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center (now California Pacific), he has held key positions focused on formulary and benefit design at Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California, and pharmacy benefit managers including MedImpact, MedSmith, and Prescriptive Health.

Rich now offers specialized consulting services to help patients optimize their medication regimens, including evaluating prescription and OTC medications for clinical necessity, simplifying regimens through combination products, reducing costs by recommending tier changes, consulting directly with healthcare providers, providing in-person advocacy at medical appointments, and guiding Medicare Part D plan selection for optimal coverage. Throughout his career, Rich has consistently provided these consultative and advocacy services to friends and family, combining professional expertise with a personal commitment to patient care.  

Cara Trueman

Cara Germany Trueman is a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader with over two decades of clinical experience, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and a deep personal commitment to advocating for patients and families at every stage of their care journey.

Cara began her nursing career at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center — one of the most prestigious academic medical centers in the country — where she spent more than a decade in the Intensive Care Unit caring for some of the most critically ill patients imaginable, including high-risk liver transplant candidates. It was there that she developed not only her clinical expertise in complex, high-acuity care, but also her belief that patients and families deserve a knowledgeable, compassionate voice in their corner.

Across every setting, her approach has been the same — meet people where they are, make sure they understand what is happening, and leave no one navigating alone.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Cara is deeply rooted in her community in Danville, California, where she lives with her family and continues to serve in leadership roles that reflect her lifelong commitment to others.
